Finding the Right Tradesmen

When searching for tradesmen to help out with your owner-builder project, don't feel pressured into accepting just any quote.  Remember you are the builder and you are the one who is in control.  If you don't have a good feeling about somebody's attitude then take a little more time to find someone else.  It will definitely pay off in the long run!
